Hyundai Marine & Fire and Seoul City Launch Joint Campaign to Boost Birth Rates

At the business agreement ceremony held at Seoul City Hall on May 2nd, which marked the start of the Birth Celebration Campaign, Hwang Mi Eun (right), the Head of Brand Strategy at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, and Kim Sun Soon (left), the Head of Women and Family Policy Office in Seoul, took a commemorative photo.

In collaboration with Seoul City, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance announced on May 7th that it will participate as the first company in the Birth Celebration Campaign to improve low birth rate awareness,

The Birth Celebration Campaign is part of Seoul’s project to overcome low birth rates. The city and corporations collaborate to produce public-interest advertisements and promotions. These efforts support the precious births of families and life amid the low birth rate crisis.

As the first company to participate, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance has produced a video that conveys the news of a new life coming with pregnancy and celebrates it. The campaign video shows how precious and celebratory the birth of life is, using actual congratulatory videos shot by ordinary people.

The video can be viewed through Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance’s YouTube channel, Seoul City’s YouTube, social media, subway station and bus advertisements, and digital billboards.

On May 2nd, along with the start of the campaign, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance and Seoul City signed a Birth Celebration Campaign Business Agreement at Seoul City Hall. The Head of Brand Strategy at Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, Hwang Mi Eun, participated in the business agreement ceremony. It said, “I am very pleased to participate as the first company in this meaningful campaign that celebrates and supports the birth of new life with Seoul City. We will strive to play a bigger role in helping children grow healthily and happily.”
