South Korean President Lee Jae-myung declared on Thursday, “It was an exceptionally successful and productive negotiation.”
Lee shared his thoughts via social media, stating, “This summit was a golden time that reinforced the trust and cooperation between our nations and paved the way for a new era in the future-oriented development of the U.S.-South Korea alliance.”
Lee expressed his profound gratitude to U.S. President Donald Trump, noting, “We were able to reaffirm the genuine value of the U.S.-South Korea alliance, built on a foundation of enduring friendship and collaboration.”
He further added, “Moving forward, we will continue to work hand in hand, striving towards peace and prosperity.”
