U.S. President Donald Trump is set to deliver a speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Tuesday and hold a series of meetings with world leaders.
In a press briefing on Monday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed that Trump will highlight his historic achievements, including the resolution of seven wars and conflicts within eight months of taking office. He is expected to criticize globalist institutions that he believes have undermined the world order. Leavitt added that Trump will emphasize the restoration of American power and present a clear, constructive vision for the global community.
Trump’s schedule on Tuesday begins with a meeting with UN Secretary-General António Guterres, followed by bilateral talks with leaders from Ukraine, Argentina, and the European Union (EU). He will also participate in multilateral discussions with key Middle Eastern leaders, including those from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Jordan.
The White House announced that after attending an evening reception with over 100 world leaders, Trump will return to Washington, D.C., on Thursday. Upon his return, he plans to hold a separate summit at the White House with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
