On Tuesday, IBM Consulting announced that it has launched a new “AI Integration Service” to help transform business processes using artificial intelligence (AI) agents.

Through this service, companies are expected to implement new ways of using AI agents on their preferred AI and cloud platforms, generating practical results and value.

IBM Consulting explained that it can propose a new business process called “Agentic Apps,” which organically integrates three areas: user experience, AI agents, and data.

This includes a new user experience using personalized AI assistants based on user roles (personas), strong AI governance integration that enables multiple AI agents to collaborate and automate tasks, and real-time data management that organizes and optimizes distributed data to support AI-driven processes smoothly.

The newly launched AI Integration Service provides a powerful solution for clients implementing Agentic Apps.

IBM Consulting is also accelerating AI adoption through its generative AI-based consulting platform, IBM Consulting Advantage. In particular, using its consulting agent, Catalyst Solution, companies can build Agentic Apps that automate complex enterprise workflows.

The company provides customized AI solutions by integrating with major cloud and AI platforms such as IBM, Azure, and AWS. This allows businesses to drive AI-powered innovation while maintaining their existing technology environments.

Lastly, it offers pre-built Agentic App templates that can be applied to specific industries and business processes. It also provides customized AI agents from strategic partners such as IBM, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. By using these predefined templates, which include integrated analytics and operational data capabilities, companies can rapidly transform core industry operations such as procurement, payments, customer service, supply chain management, finance, and life sciences.

Kim Jong Song, Executive Director of Hybrid Cloud and Data Services at IBM Consulting Korea, said, “The AI Integration Service is a solution that brings together IBM Consulting’s expertise and experience to help companies achieve practical results with AI and maximize business innovation and return on investment (ROI).”
