AI selected Karol Rosalin, a 25-year-old Brazilian influencer with over 700,000 followers on Instagram, as the woman with the perfect female body.

According to the New York Post and the Daily Mail on Tuesday, the AI evaluated her symmetry, proportions, and overall harmony, as well as her health, well-being, and fitness, and gave her a perfect score of 10.

Rosalin shared her thoughts: “A healthy diet and regular fitness training have contributed to my current physique. Just seeing results in the mirror is already a victory. Being recognized as the perfect fitness woman is truly amazing.”

Toned abs and an hourglass figure highlight her body.

Her diet consists of fruits, vegetables, oats, and chicken. On her social media, Rosalin shared, “My favorite dish isn’t chicken or pizza but baked sweet potato chips and vegetable frittata.”

A frittata is an Italian dish similar to an omelet or quiche, made with eggs and various vegetables.

Rosalin’s preferred breakfast includes two scrambled eggs, cassava (a tropical root vegetable), papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon, and coffee.

Fitness Experts Warn Against Blindly Following Her Routine

Fitness experts caution against simply copying Rosalin’s strict routine to achieve similar results.

Australian fitness expert Ben Lucas noted that women have been increasingly building defined muscles like Rosalin in recent years. However, he emphasized that such physiques are not merely a result of routine imitation but are also influenced by genetics and lifestyle. He pointed out that “the perfect body” is inherently subjective.

Rosalin performs weight training more than five times weekly to build muscle and improve strength. Weight training involves exercises using dumbbells, bands, and various equipment to increase muscle strength. Beginners with lower strength can start with bodyweight exercises, such as squats.

Increasing muscle mass boosts the basal metabolic rate, the minimum energy needed to sustain life functions like breathing and maintaining body temperature. Higher basal metabolism enhances weight loss, as more muscle mass increases energy expenditure, making it harder to gain fat even at the same body weight.

When performing weight training, it is crucial to consider one’s physical condition. Incorrect postures can harm joints, so increasing the intensity is better than gradually starting high-intensity exercises.

For health and beauty purposes, focusing on low-weight, high-repetition exercises is preferable to avoid joint strain. Even with light weights and fewer repetitions, proper technique yields better results.

Diet Rich in Vegetables and Protein

Rosalin’s staple foods—fruits, vegetables, and chicken—are low in calories and highly satiating. Vegetables rich in dietary fiber require prolonged chewing, which stimulates satiety. This reduces subsequent protein and carbohydrate intake.

Chicken breast is a low-fat, high-protein food containing about 23 grams of protein per 100 grams. Due to its relatively high volume compared to its calorie content, protein provides a lasting feeling of fullness, making it practical for building muscle and reducing body fat.

However, excessive protein intake may cause constipation. A recommended amount is 0.8–1 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, or 1.2–2 grams for those focused on muscle building.
