A video of a penguin patiently waiting for a couple to finish their photoshoot has gone viral.

On Thursday, a couple exploring the Antarctic Peninsula had a delightful encounter with a penguin while taking pictures of the breathtaking snowy landscape.

The footage shows the couple embracing each other and admiring Antarctica’s stunning view, completely oblivious to their adorable spectator.

Like a true gentleman of the Antarctic, the penguin stood quietly behind them, waiting calmly until they noticed and moved aside.

When the couple finally turned around and noticed the penguin, they smiled and quickly moved aside. After the woman gestured that the penguin could pass, the penguin waddled slowly.

The couple later shared their amazement, saying, “Who knew penguins were so polite?” This heartwarming video has gained significant attention worldwide, receiving over 14 million likes in just five days.

People who saw the video commented, “What a gentleman,” “Mister Penguin,” “Move aside, the local penguin is coming through,” and “This video is on repeat – it’s just too cute!”
