J Balvin Brings His Star Power to Dear U’s Exciting New Service

Dear U announced today that it had finalized a bubble service contract with global pop artist J Balvin in preparation for launching a fan communication platform in the United States through its US subsidiary, Dear U International.

J Balvin has an impressive history of winning awards like the Billboard Music Award. He is also the first Latin artist to achieve 1 billion streams on Apple Music, has sold over 35 million albums worldwide, and has over 50 million followers on Instagram. He boasts over 34 million subscribers on his YouTube channel.

J Balvin enjoys great popularity not only in Latin America but also in major music markets worldwide. His musical talent and popularity are evident through numerous awards, including 18 Billboard Latin Music Awards, 17 Premios Juventud, 5 Latin Grammy Awards, and 5 Latin American Music Awards.

Since establishing a local subsidiary in the United States last May, Dear U has been developing a one-on-one communication platform for global artists and fans in the Americas. The goal is to evolve into a worldwide fan communication IT platform by enhancing interaction between local artists and fans. This will be achieved by introducing the Bubble service, which has been successfully operated in South Korea, to overseas markets.

The US subsidiary is set to recruit local artists to ensure a successful market entry. It has recently completed a US patent related to a personalized messaging service system associated with Bubble, and preparations for the local service launch are progressing smoothly. Dear U’s patented technology creates customized messages based on user information, collects user feedback, and conveys artist messages. The central server coordinates communication on both sides to create personalized messages, replacing the identification code of the message written by the artist with user nicknames, anniversaries, location information, etc., to create a customized message.
