Guilty as Charged: Trump Faces 34 Felony Counts in Court

Reuters News 1

On May 30, former president and current Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump declared, “I am innocent and will fight to the end.”

Trump was found guilty on all 34 charges during the recent “hush money” trial.

After the jury’s verdict, he claimed in front of the court, “This is a disgraceful and rigged trial.” Trump emphasized, “A real verdict will be delivered in the November election.”

President Joe Biden also expressed that voting is the only way to prevent Donald Trump’s return to power.

Following the jury’s guilty verdict on all 34 charges brought against Trump, President Biden posted a message on X, emphasizing this point.

“There’s only one way to get Trump out of the White House,” Biden wrote, “At the polls.” He also added, “Donate to our campaign today,” attaching a link for campaign donations.

Meanwhile, a jury of 12 Manhattan residents concluded their deliberations at the Manhattan criminal court on the afternoon of May 30. Trump was taken to trial on charges of disguising the $130,000 he paid through his past personal attorney, also known as the “fixer,” Michael Cohen, to prevent adult film actress Stormy Daniels from revealing their sexual relations as legal consultation fees and manipulating company records.
