The AI Factory special exhibit made its debut at the Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition 2026 (AW 2026), Asia’s largest showcase for manufacturing and AI transformation. The event, which kicked off on March 4 in Seoul’s Gangnam district, highlights how AI technologies are revolutionizing manufacturing, logistics, and various enterprise ecosystems.

POSCO DX’s AI Workforce themed zone within the AI Factory exhibit offers a glimpse into the future of work environment. This innovative setup features AI agents working alongside humans to solve complex problems in both office and manufacturing settings. The company is actively expanding its AI Workforce initiative, developing over 110 AI agents across HR, purchasing, and management analysis functions.
A POSCO DX spokesperson highlighted their achievements, stating, “Our AI agent for accounting processes has decreased processing times by 80% by automating data verification from ERP and business management systems. We are also leveraging experienced worker data to optimize AI agents for industrial operations, driving the automation of everything from equipment control to data processing and decision-making.”
