
Netflix’s animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters is set to launch a global pop-up tour, kicking off in Seoul from December 4 to 28. The 25-day event will be held at 7, Yeonmujang 19-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, before continuing to other major Asian cities including Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, and Taipei.
Netflix announced on Wednesday the official schedule for the pop-up tour, with Seoul hosting the inaugural event. This is an official event hosted by Netflix, and it will begin in Seoul, South Korea, the main setting of the animated film.
The Seoul pop-up will feature an exclusive Membership Day for global fan club members. This special access will run for the first four days, from December 4-7, allowing members to explore the pop-up ahead of the general public. Reservations for Membership Day will open at 11 a.m. on November 18 through the official “K-Pop Demon Hunters” fan community on the B.stage platform. General admission reservations will begin at 11 a.m. on November 20, with each booking allowing entry for the reservation holder and one guest.
Visitors to the official K-Pop Demon Hunters pop-up will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive merchandise designed for the global fanbase. All information regarding pop-up reservations and pre-orders for merchandise will be available through the official fan community. B.stage is overseeing the overall pop-up operations and the development of official merchandise.
K-Pop Demon Hunters, which was released in June, has shattered Netflix records to become the platform’s most-watched film and the first Netflix content to surpass 300 million views. The film’s soundtrack “Golden” has achieved unprecedented success, simultaneously topping both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Chart, cementing its status as a global cultural phenomenon.
