On Friday, Hankook Tire & Technology (Hankook Tire) announced its participation in the Electrify Expo, North America’s largest electric vehicle expo, scheduled for March 22 in Orlando, Florida.

Since its launch in 2021, the Electrify Expo has become a key platform for global automakers and EV industry leaders to showcase cutting-edge technologies and innovative mobility solutions.

Hankook Tire will be prominent across the U.S. by sponsoring the “Demo District” experience zone at all eight Electrify Expo events.

Starting in Orlando, the company will stop in cities such as Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York, strengthening its nationwide presence. Additionally, Hankook will operate exhibition booths in four major markets, including Dallas and Chicago, where it will introduce iON, the world’s first full lineup of tires designed specifically for electric vehicles.

The company will highlight its high-performance iON Evo, the all-season iON Evo AS, and the winter-ready iON iCept. This showcase aims to reinforce Hankook’s leadership in EV tire innovation and elevate its brand presence in the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.

Hankook’s iON brand incorporates its proprietary “iON Innovative Technology,” which is engineered to meet the unique demands of electric vehicles. This technology optimizes key factors such as traction, handling, braking efficiency, noise reduction, energy conservation, and extended mileage.

A Hankook Tire spokesperson reaffirmed the company’s commitment to global industry engagement, stating, “We actively participate in major international exhibitions, including the Electrify Expo, the SEMA Show, North America’s largest automotive parts exhibition, and The Tire Cologne in Europe. These efforts are part of our strategy to strengthen our position as a premium brand at the forefront of the global EV tire market.”
