A model praised for her flawless beauty was reportedly held for questioning at an airport because her face no longer matched that of her passport photo.

According to the New York Post on Friday, Brazilian model and influencer Janaina Prazeres was recently stopped at a U.S. airport while attempting to enter the country.

The reason was that her facial features had changed significantly compared to her passport photo.

Prazeres explained that immigration officers were confused after comparing her appearance to her passport photo and that she was held for 40 minutes of questioning to verify her identity.

She was previously named “world’s most perfect woman” by Playboy Norway and has reportedly undergone 20 plastic surgeries, including facial contouring, rhinoplasty, and breast augmentation, at a total cost of $1 million.

Her passport photo, however, was taken before her procedures. In contrast to her current appearance, the image shows her with darker hair, a wider nose, and more prominent cheekbones.

Prazeres admitted that she had anticipated this might happen someday, but it was shocking to experience it firsthand at the airport.

“You never expect to be stopped at an airport without doing anything wrong,” she said.

Determined to avoid this inconvenience in the future, she immediately began researching the procedures for renewing her passport upon arrival.

She concluded, “Perfection has its price.”
