Trump vs. Zuckerberg: The Bombshell Conspiracy Theory Revealed in New Book

Newsis

Former U.S. President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate in the upcoming election, claimed that Meta Platforms CEO Mark Zuckerberg conspired to lead to his defeat in the last presidential election.

According to Politico, Trump wrote about this conspiracy theory in his upcoming book Save America, published on September 3rd.

Trump asserted, “He would bring his very nice wife to dinners, be as nice as anyone could be, while always plotting to install shameful Lock Boxes in a true plot against the president.'”

He referred to the $420 million contribution Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, made to fund a nonprofit organization for election-related facilities, ensuring that voting could proceed properly during the COVID-19 pandemic before the 2020 election.

The Republicans have long claimed that this support constituted an unfair act to aid the Democrats.

“He told me there was nobody like Trump on Facebook. But at the same time, and for whatever reason, steered it against me,” Trump continues. “We are watching him closely, and if he does anything illegal this time, he will spend the rest of his life in prison — as will others who cheat in the 2024 Presidential Election.”

The Republican Party has criticized Facebook for blocking content unfavorable to the Democrats, such as allegations concerning Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son.

On Monday, Mark Zuckerberg sent a letter to House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) expressing regret over the decision to delete information related to Hunter Biden’s Ukraine scandal during the 2020 election.

He stated that he accepted the Democrats’ claim that the allegations suggesting Hunter introduced a Ukrainian energy company executive to his father, who was then Vice President, was a Russian disinformation and deleted the information. However, it was later revealed that there was no connection to Russia. Zuckerberg also announced that he would not make similar election-related donations in the future.
